We carry Food For Health International's only 1 Year Food Supply which is comprised of four 275 Serving buckets. This one year food storage system is a great way to get started if you are on a budget, as it is the least expensive solution on the market. We do not consider the Food for Health International 1100 Serving kit to be a complete food system, as you will need to build more fruits, vegetables, meats (or other proteins) and dairy around it. It wouldn't hurt to add some beans, grains and rice as well.
