Shipping and Returns


 When your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will receive an additional email when your product ships that contains the tracking number so that you will know when your order will arrive.

If you have any special requests, you can either call us to place your order, or just make note of your request when placing your order online. There is a space for you to make such requests during the checkout process. While we do not control the delivery process, we will do our best to make sure the carrier follows your instructions.

Products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and on a rare occassion, DHL.

International, Alaska, & Hawaii Orders

Charges for shipping are calculatied manually for orders shipping outside of the continental United States. This includes all International orders and order to Alaska and Hawaii. If your order falls into this category, please use "CHECK" as the payment method if you are placing the order online. We will contact you to make shipping and payment arrangements. You may also call or email us to place your order. Shipping costs will be a straight pass-through to you. Please email us at for more details.

International Shipping with Return Policy 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

Damaged/Incorrect Product

It's very rare, but if you receive product that was damaged, please immediately take digital photos of the damaged areas. If possible, please capture multiple images, including different angles, close ups and distant shots that capture the damaged area, but show the full product for context. Products are always shipped in perfect condition, but occassionally they are damaged in transit, and we will help you with your claim to the carrier.
